  • Oversees and supervises staff of 28. Achieved an 87% level of engagement on 2008 university-wide staff survey (compared to 76% for Harvard Medical School and 75% for Harvard University).
  • Created and implemented production schedules to enable substantial increase in product while maintaing staffing levels.
